STORServer Consulting Services
STORServer, Inc. provides a full range of consulting services to support both the STORServer Backup Appliance and Tivoli Storage Manager® (TSM) sites. Our services include planning, installation, training, software consulting and system health checks.
Customers can build 5-legged stool backup solutions from all kinds of software and hardware, including IBM’s TSM backup software. Because STORServer engineers and consultants, and our reseller certified installers, are all highly trained in TSM deployments, existing TSM customers can take advantage of our consulting services in their environments.
Many customers have used our TSM consulting services for their existing installs. You can also add our STORServer Manager (SSM) operations interface to your existing install, greatly simplifying your daily operations and monitoring.
Consulting services are offered both by phone and on-site. Quotes will be presented at hourly, daily and weekly rates. All consulting is provided with a clear Statement of Work (SOW) and Task List, outlining the activities we will perform.
We encourage all consulting customers to attend our training classes either before or shortly after our consulting engagements.
